Mr. Santosh Kumar Samal joins AIM Trust as an Advisor with over 35 years of leadership in the voluntary sector. As the Founding Executive Director of Dalit Foundation, he has championed the rights of Dalit and Tribal communities nationwide.
An alumnus of JNU with training from IRMA and IIM Ahmedabad, Mr. Samal brings deep expertise in policy, evaluation, fundraising, and grassroots development. He has held senior roles at Population Foundation of India, advised global organizations like the Global Fund for Community Philanthropy, and currently consults for HCL Foundation and ActionAid India.
His rich experience and unwavering commitment to social justice will be a great asset to AIM Trust’s mission of empowerment and equity.
