- To organize and form the collectives / groups of poor and marginalized community and form an alliance of the poor and marginalized to engage with institutions of the state and ensure the realization of peoples constitutional rights.
- To strengthen the governance process and ensuring participation of poor and marginalized community in the planning, implementation and evaluation, by enforcing accountability for both expenditures and outcomes measures like social audit, public hearing through community based organizations.
- To address the emergency needs of children, women, men, girls, boys, Trans genders, person with disability and Person living with HIV & AIDS.
- To work for child friendly society and facilitate justice for children, women and girls.
