Kamini Jha

Kamini Jha is the Chairperson in AIM Trust and has served the organization for 19 years with her expertise in development sector. She holds Post Graduate degree in social work and sociology. She is also writer, designer and has vast experience in skill development of the women. Ms. Kamini specialises in strategies and has actively led the structuring and scaling up of the organization.


Jai Prakash

Jai Prakash is Secretary in AIM Trust and holds Post Graduation degree in Science (M.Sc.) and has expertise in Insurance of Crop Management. He has more than 32 years of working experience. He has been continuously giving his services to AIM since 2002. He possesses exceptional leadership qualities and has the resources to motivate and mobilize people over an issue, and plan and execute training programmes with special emphasis on gender issues and motivate, create and sustain SHGs (Self Help Groups).


Poonam Pandey:

Poonam Pandey is Finance Manager in AIM Trust holds post graduate degree in economics and finance with more than 10 years of experience in finance planning and management. She engaged with community inc income generation program and like to spend more time in rural areas. She has ability to solve the field level issues of economic empowerment by providing effective solutions. She has expertise in community mobilisation, implementation, monitoring & evaluation of finance related activities, developing IECs, documentation and MIS.


Dhruv Kumar

Dhruv Kumar is Trustee in AIM Trust and holds Post Graduation Degree in social work and sociology. He has 20 years of working experience in development sector. He has expertise in climate change and agriculture. He is committed to the upliftment of the society by empowering women and poor.  He has been actively working during disaster. He has been serving AIM Trust since 2005. He is actively involved in advocating with government, policy makers, national and international agencies for the rights of VC people for providing them benefit of social security schemes, government jobs, health security etc.


Sanjay Kumar Rai

Sanjay is currently holding the position of Director. He holds the Post Graduate degree in Social Work. In addition to his role as Director of AIM Trust and a key office bearer of Vikas Adhyayan Kendra, Mumbai (a pioneer in research and advocacy), has an extensive background in public service. He has served in the Indian Parliament, as the Senior Private Secretary of the Standing Committee on Personnel, Public Grievances, Law & Justice. Throughout his career, he has addressed critical issues such as food security, climate-resilient agriculture, air and water pollution, in various national and international gatherings including the FAO Summit, ILO Summit, and events at prestigious institutions like the University of Oslo and Berlin. Furthermore, he has contributed to governance as a Governing Board member of the Institute of Worker’s Education, Mumbai, under the Ministry of Labour, Government of India. His commitment to global issues is evident through his past tenure as an International Board Member of FIAN International and as Secretary General of Fian India.

Renu Singh

Renu is Lead Program Consultant in Aim trust holds post graduate degree in Social Work and Sociology with more than 20 yrs of experience in public health and livelihood sector. She started her career as addressing family welfare issues and has sound experience in working on issues of urban unorganized sector workers, community mobilization, addressing gender issues. She is also engaged in providing gender based trainings to girls and women. She has represented Aim on various platforms and also contact person for various women right organizations working at state, national and international level. Her area of interest is in collecting case studies, community mobilization, and proposal writing in context to women and girls issues and monitoring & evaluation.


Preeti Upadhayaya

Preeti Upadhyaya, a dynamic Program Director at Aim, dedicated to spearheading transformative social programs aimed at holistic societal development. With a visionary approach, Preeti leverages innovative strategies to effectively address various social challenges. Drawing from her extensive academic background, which includes an MBA, PGD in NGO Management, and certifications in Cognitive Psychology, Fingerprint Analysis, and effective counselling for all age groups, Preeti brings over two decades of expertise in market research, social responsibility, and training and development. At the heart of her mission lies a unique methodology: Upliftment of underprivileged and empowered society. Preeti’s passion extends beyond professional pursuits; she is a fervent advocate for women’s empowerment and smart education, particularly for girls.
Throughout her career, Preeti has been honoured with prestigious awards, including Bharat ke Sitare and Best Fingerprint Analysis Company at THub, Hyderabad. Notably, she was named Women Changemaker of the Year 2024, underscoring her significant contributions to transformative change.
Supported by her loving family and a robust network, Preeti continues to pave the way for a brighter, more empowered future for all through her relentless dedication to social work. With over 20 years of strong corporate and social work experience in esteemed organizations like TNS Mode, ORG Marg, Kaybase, CGN, Concern India Foundation, Valmiki Foundation, and BRAINCODE, Preeti has left an indelible mark in society, working on assignments with FIAN.She has also been associated with organizations like BNI, IKON, Bhartiya Stree Shakti, and Inner Wheel.


Harish Kumar

Harish Kumar is Program Manager in AIM Trust holds post graduate degree in Social Work with more than 10 years of experience of working with poor & marginalised population. He has successfully lead and implemented the programmes on different issues like Livelihood, Education and Protection Literacy program, public health, nutrition, food security, climate resilient farming, livelihood, education, entitlements, disaster mitigation in support with various national and international agencies. He has expertise in program implementation, designing, grassroots mobilization, Management Information System, monitoring & evaluation and networking.


Balbir Singh Tomar

Balbir is communication In-charge in AIM Trust and comes from media and communication background holds post graduate degree in Sociology. He is a journalist by profession with more than 28 years of experience in print media sector. He is associated with Aim since its inception and supports the organization in fact finding mission. He collects evidence and case studies of marginalised population and advocate with different stakeholders in providing solution on the matter.  He has expertise in writing and raising the various issues of vulnerable communities. He started his career with different social movements working on equity, peace and justice. He is instrumental to establish many educational and cultural institutions in western part of Uttar Pradesh and Uttra Khand.


Pinki Devi

Pinki is a Child Rights coordinator and Women welfare Coordinator in AIM trust holds Post Graduate degree in sociology with more than 10 years of experience in development sector. She is engaged in writing reports, case studies, tracking the overall information of children supported under sponsorship scheme. She makes case studies, visit on field to interact with children and women, timely update the sponsors through reports and photographs. She also plays key role to provide expertise training to adolescent girls for their rights and self defence from all kind of gender-based violence against girls and women. She is also responsible for fund raising and organizational building in Aim and its alliance partners.


Gayatri

Gayatri is a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for human resources and organizational management. With a strong background in HR practices, she brings valuable expertise to our team. Gayatri holds a Master’s degree in Arts. Gayatri has over 10 years of experience in HR and administrative roles. She has worked with diverse teams, handling recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation. She has also the experiences of women issues. She loves to mobilize communities and visits field for solving the problems of team members at ground level.


Rajesh Kashyap

Rajesh is Director Finance in Aim trust; holds post graduate degree in Commerce with more than 16 years of experience in handling and managing large grants. He is associated with Aim from last 13 years. He has ability to manage human resource, admin, program, MIS and financial reporting. He is also involved in compliance of Aim legal matters related to taxation, renewal, audit, coordination with CA firm etc.


Ranjeet Kumar

Ranjeet Kumar is an accomplished Senior Program Manager with a wealth of experience in leading complex projects to successful completion. His expertise lies in strategic planning, cross-functional team management, and driving organizational growth. Ranjeet holds a Master’s degree in Sociology. He has over 15 years of progressive experience in program management. Ranjeet has overseen multifaceted projects from inception to delivery. His ability to align organization goals with project outcomes has consistently given the positive results.


Ayan Rai

Ayan Rai brings nearly two years of corporate experience from his tenure at IHCL, where he honed his skills in the hospitality industry and specialized in fields of Sales, Marketing and Public Relations. A hospitality graduate, Ayan is equipped with training in diverse soft skills and corporate etiquettes. His understanding extends beyond hospitality to encompass cultural fields and event management, reflecting a well-rounded professional with a breadth of expertise. Moreover, he has worked on IHCL CSR projects focusing on Intangible Cultural Heritage, served as a consultant for the incubation of ARF India Trust, and briefly worked with AccorHotels. Ayan has been part of Aim Trust for quite some time now and takes care of partnership relations and development aspect of it. He is also associated with Awadh Research Foundation for various research and development projects where he provides consultancy regarding Marketing and branding. Apart from this he also provides consultancy to Awadh Research Foundation for their CSR initiatives.


Savita Pandey

Savita is a dedicated social activist working as coordinator. She is a post graduate in Economics having over 5 years of experience contributing in the development sector. She has keen interest in working with children and adolescent girls with special focus on their education, health, nutrition and menstrual hygiene and health. She is always self-motivated and works with great enthusiasm to witness positive changes on the concerned issues. She has great expertise in mobilizing the children and adolescent girls in order to make them self-sustainable. On the other hand, her strength and capabilities in advocacy with government officials concretizes her efforts towards reaping positive results and bringing beautiful smiles on many faces in the community.


Akhilesh Kumar

Akhilesh Kumar is a skilled program manager. He has a master’s degree in political science. Akhilesh has performed his responsibilities in different projects in AIM ​​Trust in a very positive and result-oriented manner. Currently, Akhilesh is working for the expansion of AIM Trust organization in the state of Uttarakhand and smooth execution of its works. Akhilesh has more than 7 years of experience in the development sector. Akhilesh is adept at creating better coordination with government departments and officials and better management of the team. Akhilesh has successfully worked and led on issues like education, health, livelihood, gender equality, menstrual hygiene, social security schemes and migrant labourers. Akhilesh has a special interest in working on issues like youth development (adolescents, adolescents) and gender equality, education etc.


Pratima Singh

Pratima holds the master degree from BHU, Varanasi. She has also holds the B.Ed degree from Lucknow University. She has expertise in mobilizing women groups, formation of children, adolescent and parents group, interface and networking with stakeholders. She has ability to deal with any kind of field level challenges and provide solution to clear the hurdles. She actively raises the issues of the women and children for the solution. She is dedicated to empower urban women through effective coordination with government departments and private players


Kamla Singh

Kamla Singh holds the bachelor degree in Arts . She has over 5 years of experience in development sector. She is actively engaged in community mobilization and children education. She likes to teach children of class 1 to 8 especially out of school children. She tries to enrol all children in school. She has very proactive in problem solving and advocates local issues at district level.


Amit Kumar

Amit Kumar is In-charge of cultural resource centre, cultural team and writes awareness songs and scripts of street plays on various social issues. He holds Post Graduation Degree in Sociology and has 9 years of working experience in development sector. He has done Visharad in classical music from Bhatkhande University Lucknow. He always performs during cultural events organise at community level. He is committed to make the community aware about the government schemes, policies and laws etc for the upliftment of the society.


Satya Kumar Singh

SK Singh is a visually challenged (VC) (Divyang) and key person for Aim trust to address the issues of VC people. He holds post graduate degree in sociology with more than 28 years of experience in addressing various rights of VC (divyang) people. He is the national convener for National Association of the Visually Handicapped (NAVH) and many other forum and associations working on rights of VC people at state, national and international level. He has written many articles and books on the issues of food, nutrition, social security, jobs of VC. He is actively involved in advocating with government, policy makers, national and international agencies for the rights of VC people for providing them benefit of social security schemes, government jobs, health security etc.


Pratap Shankar

Pratap belongs to excluded community and started his career as a social activist. He has more than 17 years of experience in working on rural and urban issues. He is associated with Aim from the beginning. He is actively involved in raising issues of unorganized sector workersof urban areas as well as rights of socially excluded community from the rural areas. His expertise is in mobilizing community, formation of community-based organizations, organizing mass meetings, writing applications, filing RTIs. Beginning as a grass root level worker also works for SHGs to empower the community by income generation.
